Went to get gas at the station across the street from the police station on Wednesday. I held up a $20.00 bill, and said, "$20.00 regular, cash."..The man nodded...A few minutes later, he comes back, says, "$45.50." I said, "No, I said $20.00!" He says, "I heard fill it." What a rip off. That's not what he could have heard, since I never said that. It's a convenient way to get twice and then some the money from me I intended to spend on gas. He demanded I pay him, and was quite nasty about it. I was in a hurry so I did, but wanted to post this as a warning to other consumers. I used to get my gas here all the time, and I may well again, but I intend on watching them closely as they pump my gas. It's a blatant scam with little chance of them not getting their money.
