Am I the only one that has a problem with Comcast (Cable)? I have tried to reach them a million times, I am never - ever satisfied and always very angry and frustrated after dealing with the automated responses or the idiots that work for the company. They do not understand what CUSTOMER SERVICE is supposed to be. This has to be one of the most exasperating chores I have ever dealt with in my life. The only reason I stay with them is because I don't want to change my e-mail address, and honestly, is the option of Verizon any better? Then to add insult to injury, when I do get help, they charge me more money!!!! I never thought TV would end up costing so much money-$150 per month (appox)
What other options are there?
