Man Charged with Sexually Abusing 92-Year-Old

When questioned, suspect also gave false name to police.

Cranford Police charged Isaac Hammond, 41, with sexually abusing a mentally handicapped 92-year-old woman residing in an assisted living facility.

Upon finding Hammond alone in a locked room with the victim early morning Sunday, staff members of the assisted living facility called the police, who arrested Hammond around 1:50 a.m.

He was charged with aggravated sexual contact, a third degree crime. While being questioned he also gave police a false name, and was charged with hindering his own arrest. The Department of Homeland Security is also investigating him, as he is suspected to be an illegal immigrant, Sgt. Gerard Quinn said.
