N.J. Newsroom: Cranford Resident Charged With Child Porn Distribution

Cranford resident Arthur Ernst III, 24, was arrested and charged with possession and distribution of child pornography Friday by N.J. state police, according to Newsroom New Jersey. Ernst, a music teacher at Ocean Township High School, has also been charged with sending obscenity to a minor; allegedly a 13-year-old girl in Colorado.

Detectives searched Ernst's residence Thursday, and reportedly seized computer files containing images of child pornography. 

Ernst is currently being held in the Union County Jail with $75,000 cash bail. If he is relased, he will not be allowed unsupervised contact with individuals under 18 years old.
