Cranford police made alcohol, marijuana and ecstasy arrests in the last week. Details:

Sunday, January 10:
Officer Thomas Stiansen observed a vehicle make a wrong turn on South Union Avenue at 3:34 a.m. Through further investigation, the 19-year-old driver from Union was arrested for driving while intoxicated, underage drinking, and driving the wrong way on a one way street.

Thursday, January 14:
Officer Timothy O'Brien stopped a vehicle on Springfield Avenue near Lafayette Avenue for a view obstruction at 9:28 a.m. Through further investigation the 25-year-old driver from Elizabeth was arrested for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, CDS paraphernalia, CDS in a motor vehicle, and for driving with an obstructed view.

Sunday, January 17:
Officer Spencer Durkin stopped a vehicle on Centennial Avenue at the Garden State Parkway northbound entrance for an illegal left turn off the Parkway ramp at 2:22 a.m. Through further investigation, the 24-year-old driver from Jersey City was arrested for driving while intoxicated,  possession of CDS (ecstasy), possession with intent to distribute (ecstasy), possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of CDS paraphernalia.
