Resident arrested for marijuana alongside Westfield resident.

Zoe E. Hess, 22, of Cranford was arrested on Aug. 21 in Madison for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and the possession of drug paraphernalia. Also arrested was Taylor P. Bythewood-Porte, 23, of Westfield who was in the same car.
