Five Things You Need to Know for Sept. 8, 2011

What's going on today...

1. Public Works crews wil begin a bulky waste collection today to remove flood-damaged items. Storm damaged  items may be placed on the curb on your property - do not leave them in the street. This will be a lenghy process because of the extensive damage.

2. Cranford residents who have yet to apply for funding through FEMA can do so by going to http://www.disasterassistance.gov/.

3. The first day of classes for students in the Cranford School District will be Sept. 12. School was two days due to flooding.

4. A Town Hall style meeting will take place Sept. 15 at 7:30p.m. at Cranford High School to discuss issues including the recent flooding and the property.
