Press Release: Debris Must Be Removed By Homeowner, Contractor

The township of Cranford reminds residents that all debris and materials from construction, demolition or home repairs must be removed by the homeowner or the contractor.

Homeowners should check their agreement from their contractor to ensure a dumpster or other means of debris disposal will be provided. If homeowners do not have a contractor, they should contact their garbage hauler to make arrangements for debris removal.  For regulations on the placement of dumpsters and dumpster permits, homeowners and contractors should contact the Engineering Department at 908-709-7218.
