Family-Friendly Fighting: Cranford Club Offers Training for All Levels, Ages

Mixed martial arts is a full-contact sport in which participants practice a wide variety of fighting styles, from traditional martial arts to wrestling and boxing.
Headed by instructor Kevin Mulhall, Cranford's Jersey Fight Club teaches students of all levels – from beginners up to competitive level fighters. Check out the video below.
